We invite you to discover our rediscover our gourmet cruises for lunch or dinner on the water, surrounded by the iconic landscape of Arcachon Bay: oyster farms, the Ile aux Oiseaux, Cabanes Tchanquées and the Cap Ferret peninsula.

OYSTERMAN MENU – €67
Seafood Platter: No. 3 Oysters from the Bay (6 per person), whelks (6), winkles (10), shrimps (50g), prawns (5) and scampi (2). Served with rye bread, lemon, mayonnaise and salted butter.
GRAND SUD-OUEST MENU – €67
Local Terroir Platter: Salmon gravlax, Gratton de Lormont, Grenier Médocain, Serrano ham, duck breast fillet stuffed with vegetables and bacon, mixed greens salad.
Included in both menus:
Cocktail: Lillet Tonic (rosé or white)
Assortment of cheeses: Bethmale cow’s cheese and sheep’s cheese from the Pyrenees. Black cherry jam – Walnut bread (2 pieces/person)
Dessert: Basque cake – Coffee
Drinks: 1 bottle for 4 people – (white, red or rosé) – 1 x 50cl bottle of Abatilles water per person.
