The Bateliers invite you to discover or rediscover their gourmet cruises aboard the Côte d’Argent, for lunch or dinner on the water, surrounded by the iconic landscape of Arcachon Bay: oyster farms, the Ile aux Oiseaux, Cabanes Tchanquées and the Cap Ferret peninsula.

CHOICE 1 / ASSIETTE DE L’OSTREICULTEUR :
Starter : Tuna Tataki & wakame.
Main course: Oysters n°3 du Bassin (6 per person), whelks (6), prawns (5), langoustines (2) served with rye bread, lemon, mayonnaise, aioli and salted butter. Country style pâté.
CHOICE 2 / ASSIETTE SUD-OUEST :
Starter : Gourmet salad : crunchy green beans, home-made foie gras and dried duck breast.
Main course: Duck parmentier with truffles.
CHOICE 3 / VEGETARIAN :
Starter : Tomatoes Burrata basil & fresh onions.
Main course : Creamy risotto & crispy vegetables, parmesan shavings.
Cheese board.
Dessert: Dunes of Cap Ferret – Coffee
Drinks: 1/4 wine per person – Reserve Les Toqués – Pessac-Léognan (white or red or rosé) – 1 bottle of 50 cl of Abatilles water per person
