Return trip in 1 hour for an excursion in a unique environment…

From Arcachon, head to Bélisaire Pier to visit the Cap Ferret lighthouse (25 min. walk) or organise a picnic on the ocean beach by taking the peninsula’s little train.

From Cap Ferret, the Boatmen will take you to Thiers Pier to visit the winter town (10 min. walk) on the little train in Arcachon or discover living treasures and the unique features of our coastal and maritime environment at the Arcachon Aquarium.

From a height of 53 metres (258 steps), take in a 360° panoramic view of the Ocean, Peninsula and Arcachon Bay. Inside the lighthouse, “TRAVELLER HORIZONS”: 6 interactive exhibition areas. Open visit of the lighthouse blockhouse, right next door.
