The Bateliers invite you to discover or rediscover their gourmet cruises aboard the Côte d’Argent, for lunch or dinner on the water, surrounded by the iconic landscape of Arcachon Bay: oyster farms, the Ile aux Oiseaux, Cabanes Tchanquées and the Cap Ferret peninsula.

OPTION 1 / THE OYSTER FARMER – €75 :

Starter : Gravlax salmon.
Main course : 6 No. 3 oysters, whelks, pink shrimp, langoustines & homemade tuna rillettes with Bassin samphire, rye bread, lemon, mayonnaise & butter. Cheeses : Aged cheese selection from our regions.
Dessert : Homemade Madagascar vanilla bavarois, seasonal espuma & seasonal fruits.

OPTION 2 / THE TRADITION – €75 :

Starter : Torch-pressed semi-cooked foie gras, chef’s chutney & garden mesclun.
Main course : Rosemary chicken supreme (low-temperature cooking), creamy emulsion & gratin dauphinois.
Cheeses : Aged cheese selection from our regions.
Dessert : Homemade Madagascar vanilla bavarois, seasonal espuma & seasonal fruits.

OPTION 3 / VEGETARIAN – €75 :

Starter : Vegetable tartare, Thai sauce.
Main course : Vegetarian steak, tagliatelle & smoked tomato sauce.
Cheeses : Aged cheese selection from our regions.
Dessert : Homemade Madagascar vanilla bavarois, seasonal espuma & seasonal fruits.

OPTION 4 / SOUTH-WEST – €83 :

Starter : Torch-pressed semi-cooked foie gras, chef’s chutney & garden mesclun.
Main course : Duck confit, herb mashed potatoes & market vegetables.
Cheeses : Aged cheese selection from our regions.
Dessert : Caramelized apple tarte tatin, vanilla ice cream and salted milk caramel.

Drinks – common to all adult menus :
1/4 bottle of red, white or rosé wine “Chef’s Secrets Selection” – 1 bottle of Abatilles water (50 cl) per person – coffee

CHILDREN’S MENU (0-10 years) – €40 :

Starter : Melon carpaccio with cured country ham or deviled eggs.
Main course : Crispy chicken & homemade potatoes.
Dessert : Chocolate fondant.
Drink : 1 still Abatilles water (50 cl) or 1 fruit juice.
